When you practice with me in person, you can expect an abundance of hands-on adjustment and cues to deepen your practice and alignment. Additionally, I will always teach you that you are your own best teacher. This means that my goal is to help you build a sustainable practice that you can eventually continue on your own. 

My focus is on Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga-inspired flows, and inversions. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, in my classes, you’ll find the freedom to take on whatever challenge you’re looking for.
