In my classes and coaching you will find breathwork, movement, meditation, centering techniques, and transformative leadership exercises that encourage profound reflection and growth.

With a background working in law firms in the Seattle area, Shawna uses that experience to redefine what being a yoga professional means.

Shawna brings wellness to the workplace.

Shawna has a background working for law firms in the Seattle area and now uses that experience to bring the yoga lifestyle to the office. Have you heard of the benefits of breathwork? It’s the yoga you can do from your chair, at your desk. It’s a game changer. 

Shawna grounds her practice in constant evolution.

Most recently, she trained with Ashtanga Yoga Puerto Rico to complete her second 200 hour certification. Previously, she completed a 200 hour training with Siddhi Yoga International. She is a certified meditation instructor and has completed a certificate program in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga. Her own personal practice started in 2012 as a family activity before morphing into a passion she now takes pride in sharing with others.
