bring us momentum

The minute you set an intention, you start to build momentum. The minute you get up and follow through with that intention, the momentum multiplies.

You start believing in yourself more. If you did it once, you can do it again. And as you do it again and again, you’ll start to feel different. As you notice that you are feeling different and there is change, you are no longer stuck, you will experience positive emotions.

You start making breakthroughs and the cycle repeats.

ready to get started?

Let’s bridge the gap between leadership and yoga.

what are they saying?

Discovering the magic in the “mundane” is how I would describe my journey with Shawna. In the beginning of this summer, resistance had crept in to become the dominant force in my life. This resistance managed to bleed into my relationships, my thoughts and my actions. I lost awareness of the magic all around and couldn’t recognize the divine within and without. The presence of Shawna brought about a guiding light for self-discovery. Her calmness and positivity shown through and helped me realize the infinite possibilities all around me. She helped me identify the “con-artist” that lives in my mind as the source of this resistance. Once I could detach myself from this con-artist, flux was replaced with flow which gave rise to self-reflection and self-discipline. With Shawna’s guidance, yoga is no longer a part of my daily routine but rather a way of life. Observing the divine in the self and others has helped me realize the power of love, gratitude and the magic of existence!

Gracias.

You’ve inspired me far before actually having a 1:1 with you but it’s been amazing to have someone to ask questions to and to have guide me through this. There’s so much about yoga from its history, different practices, etc which can make it overwhelming for someone like myself to know how they can start their journey towards becoming a yogi. You always make me feel so engaged in every decision about my weekly action plans and what works for me/what doesn’t work me, as opposed to some online programs that feel generic and not personalized to my needs and my interests. You’ve ignited a fire inside of me to really push myself and set goals for myself that I know I can accomplish. Also, yoga has opened me up to this understanding of “practice, not perfection” which has been a lesson that I’m so grateful to have learned and has benefited me in other aspects of my life outside of yoga.
