your guide to starting & growing a podcast
The Podcast Launchpad is tailored for podcast newbies who are eager to launch and grow their podcast from the ground up. This program offers a clear, step-by-step roadmap, live feedback & accountability to help you navigate the essentials of podcast creation, from finding your voice and crafting compelling content to building and engaging your audience.
why start a podcast?
The number of doors that podcasting has opened for me is beyond my wildest dreams and I want you to experience it as well. I’ve had the honor of speaking to some of my long-time favorite idols that I once assumed were unreachable. Internally, doors to new ways of being have been unlocked. I now feel comfortable listening to my voice and confident in my ability to deliver important messages under pressure. Believe it or not, I’ve learned to relish each word I speak and the essence of my voice… Our voice is our greatest gift to humanity.
It is my deep wish that everyone can experience the amount of self-growth that podcasting sparks, along with the joy of deeper connections with students and followers, the spirit of unstoppable freedom that comes with telling your story, and the business benefit of giving potential clients the ability to know, like, and trust you.
is it really possible to grow a podcast from zero?
YES. And this is why I am documenting my experience. You do not need to have a big following. I have seen firsthand that podcasting is the next frontier of content creation. With less than 10k followers I have seen my podcast go from 17 downloads a month to thousands. I have hit 100k impressions in a month on Spotify alone after a year and a half of releasing an episode every single week.
I have experimented, researched, binged anything related to podcasting I can get my hands on, taken courses, cried, screamed in joy and honestly enjoyed this process more than anything else I’ve ever worked on.
I’m here to show you where to look, what to look out for, and what I wish I would have known 2 years ago. I am not in my final form as a podcaster, but I want to share how to start while it is still FRESH on my mind.

I believe in the 7-11-4 principle.
On average, in order for people to know, like and trust you, they need to spend 7 hours with you, across 11 different touchpoints, in 4 different locations or forms.
That is what allows you to develop relationships and super fans alike. What this means is that when people find you, you need to have content for them to binge for many hours. Let them hear you speak, and what’s in your mind. Don’t hold anything back.
Podcasting is a great place to get comfortable going deeper and getting in contact with true authenticity. It has the added advantage of rounding out your business ecosystem if you are an entrepreneur. The episodes act like touchpoints and are great to add depth to other forms of content or places that people can find you.
